Our support groups offer comfort, insight, and coping skills to both family members and those living with mental health conditions. Come to one of our support groups and learn from hearing the challenges and successes of others; all groups are led by NAMI-trained facilitators who’ve been there just like you.

Connection Recovery Support Group


A free, peer-led support group for adults living with mental illness. You will gain insight from hearing the challenges and successes of others, and the groups are led by NAMI-trained facilitators who’ve been there. By sharing your experiences in a safe and confidential setting, you gain hope and develop relationships. The group encourages empathy, productive discussion and a sense of community.

Family Support Group


NAMI Family Support Group is a peer-led support group for family members, caregivers and loved ones of individuals living with mental illness. Our Family Support Group meets monthly on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month. The hallmark of a NAMI support group is leveraging the collective knowledge and experience of the other participants.
